Vylo Player is a media player application. It does not provide, host, sell or recommend any TV channels, films, series or subscriptions. The user adds their own playlists and is solely responsible for having the right to view the content they play.
Each new device gets a free trial period. After the trial, a lifetime licence is required to keep using the app on that device.
The lifetime licence is a one-time payment per device, with no subscription. The price is shown on the website before payment. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we never see or store your card details.
The licence is personal, linked to one device and cannot be transferred or resold. Any attempt to bypass, copy, modify or resell the application or its licence system is prohibited and leads to the blocking of the licence without refund.
You can try the app for free before buying. If the app does not work on your device after purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will refund you.
You must not use Vylo Player to play content you are not legally allowed to access. We may block a device used in breach of these terms.
The app is provided as is. We are not responsible for the content of playlists added by users, nor for the availability or quality of third-party streams.
Only to manage your licence, send your playlists to your device and provide support. We do not sell your data and do not use advertising trackers.
Payments are handled by our payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal) under their own privacy policies. We never receive your card number.
You can ask us at any time to see or delete your data. Write to the contact address below.
